Tasked with creating four live-action films to promote Grosvenor’s remarkable retrofit programme, we embarked on a creative journey that blended authentic storytelling, with filming and motion design.

Grosvenor Group, a renowned property company, stands at the forefront of sustainable real estate. Their commitment to environmental leadership and net zero carbon goals is unwavering. When they approached us to showcase their impressive achievement of retrofitting 1 million square footage of space in London, we couldn’t wait to get involved.

We proposed creating four compelling films that would resonate with audiences, celebrate the milestone, and inspire action.

  • A dynamic showcase of retrofitted spaces across different locations.
  • Multiple shots capturing the transformation at construction and finished sites.
  • B-roll footage that would transport viewers into these environments.
  • Subtle graphic animations emphasizing key achievements.

3x 30″ Case Study Videos:

  • Authentic interviews and vignettes.
  • Shot in the heart of Mayfair and Belgravia properties, showcasing retrofit in action.
  • A glimpse into the people behind the retrofit success—tenants, operations and project managers.

Our video production process

After a discovery phase to learn all about the Grosvenor Group brand and vision, we moved into three stages of production.

  • Location Scouting: Mayfair and Belgravia—historic, iconic, and brimming with character. We scouted the perfect spots to capture the essence of Grosvenor’s work.
  • Production: Our crew worked tirelessly, capturing the soul of each location. Shooting took place mid-construction in a cold, wet January, but we made sure every shot counted.
  • Animation: We developed a graphic property from existing brand guidelines and in full consultation with Grosvenor Group’s brand team.
