Seven Capital are an international real estate investment business that works with customers to build property portfolios. They are specifically geared towards redeveloping sites in city centres for flats and apartments.

They commissioned us to create a character animation for prospective investors that would reassure potential customers about the process of investing over £50,000 in a Seven Capital apartment.

It was a challenging brief in that they wanted to limit the video 90” had over twenty individual points to cover along customer journey.

We felt the best approach was to tell the story from one character’s perspective. This would convey they reassurance that comes from a personal story. It also allowed us to show the character enjoying life his life while his investment came to fruition.

By using dynamic transitions from one phase of the story to another, we were able to move through the customer journey swiftly, covering all the points in the brief, but without feeling hurried.
