Authentic Testimonial Films
The brief focused on explaining the name change and showcasing the benefits of BarthHaasX to customers. It was important that brewers knew they were getting the same high-quality product as before, but rebranded. Authorative customer testimonials would guarantee this.
We are an experienced corporate video production company and despite the restrictions posed by the second lockdown, knew location filming is crucial for successful testimonial films. Location filming captures the environment of unique stories, lending credibility to a company’s message.
It was important these films felt authentic as testimonial films allow customers to endorse offerings, providing genuine and unbiased reviews.
Establishing creative consistency
Two live-action campaign films were crafted to complement the fully animated brand launch film.
The first film was shot at UnBarred, a vibrant independent brewery nestled in the heart of Brighton, while the other was filmed at Jopen, a larger, renowned brewery in the picturesque city of Amsterdam.
To maintain a seamless and cohesive visual language throughout all creative communications, our animation team added BarthHaasX’s line illustration style across selected scenes. This thoughtful attention to detail further enhances the overall impact and resonance of the brand.
This entire project was produced during a time when lockdowns and travel restrictions meant we had to be creative, not only in execution but also in production.
Throughout the process we had to respond to changing events at short notice while ensuring all three films were delivered to a high standard and in time for the BarthHaasX brand launch.
