Modern Slavery Policy
Modern Slavery Act Statement
At Content Creatures, we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking and are dedicated to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within our business or supply chains.
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and represents our commitment to understanding potential modern slavery risks related to our business, and to putting in place steps that are aimed at ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our own business and our supply chains.
We are aware of our responsibilities towards our employees, customers, and partners and recognize the importance of maintaining a balance between our commercial objectives and our duties as a responsible global corporate citizen.
Our Business
Content Creatures is a digital content creation company. We work with an array of suppliers and partners globally, each of which has been rigorously vetted to ensure they align with our ethical standards and commitment to preventing modern slavery.
Our Policies
We operate several internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner. These include:
- Anti-slavery policy: This policy sets out the organization’s stance on modern slavery and explains how employees can identify any instances of this and where they can go for help.
- Whistleblowing policy: We encourage all our workers, customers, and other business partners to report any concerns related to the direct activities, or the supply chains of, our organization.
Due Diligence Processes for Slavery and Human Trafficking
As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk, we have in place systems to:
- Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
- Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- Protect whistleblowers.
Training
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff. We also require our business partners to provide training to their staff, suppliers, and providers.
Our Effectiveness in Combating Slavery and Human Trafficking
We use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure how effective we have been to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains.
Content Creatures is committed to continually improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking, and we encourage feedback on our performance from our employees and other stakeholders.
