About the Role
Job Title: Creative
Location: Hybrid – Dorking, Surrey (Tues-Thurs) and Work from Home (Mon & Fri)
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Reports to: Managing Partners

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated Creative to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role designed for someone with 2-3 years of experience in an animation studio or an in-house design department. You’ll bring fresh ideas, exceptional technical skills, and a passion for animation and motion graphics.
The ideal candidate will work alongside the Head of Studio and Design Director, and take ownership of projects, from ideation to final delivery, working collaboratively with our creative team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step up from Junior roles and contribute meaningfully to client projects.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Development:
- Generate compelling ideas for animation projects.
- Develop storyboards to communicate concepts effectively to clients.
Design & Animation:
- Create illustrations and style frames to establish visual direction.
- Deliver high-quality 2D animations using industry-standard software.
Teamwork:
- Confidently present concepts, storyboards, and ideas to the ECD and Design Director.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
Skills Development:
- Stay updated on animation and motion graphics trends.
- Explore innovative approaches to storytelling and design.
- Undertake in-studio and at-home skills development
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.
- Experience in creating style frames and storyboarding for client presentations.
- 2-3 years of experience in animation, progressing from Intern to Junior roles.
- Strong communication skills; able to research and present ideas effectively.
- A genuine passion for animation and motion graphics.
Desirable:
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Cinema 4D.
- Interest or experience in 3D animation.
