We don’t cap revisions with a fixed number, instead, we build in a round of feedback at each key stages of the process. 

Typically, that includes feedback on the script, style frames, storyboard, and final animation.  

We understand things can change, and we’re flexible within reason. 

If changes occur after sign-off (e.g. to the script or storyboard), we’ll assess the impact on scope and timelines and provide a revised cost if necessary. We’ll always be transparent and collaborative about any adjustments.

  • 50% upfront deposit to secure the project and begin production 
  • 50% on final delivery, once all assets are approved

Technical & Delivery Information

We supply videos in multiple formats including MP4, MOV, and ProRes, optimised for platforms such as web, broadcast, or mobile. All videos are delivered in full HD as standard, with 4K available upon request. 

 

Yes, our animation studio can update visuals, swap voiceovers, or revise messaging down the line. 

We retain project files for future use, making it easy to refresh or repurpose your motion branding as your business evolves. This makes your investment in custom animation even more valuable. 

You do! Full usage rights are transferred upon final payment. 

We deliver your animated explainer video in the agreed formats, and you’re free to use it across any platform. We may request permission to include the work in our portfolio. 

Absolutely, your video is optimised for multi-platform use.
